DUI at the Age of 20 when i dont even drink?
I just got pulled over because one of my taillights was burnt and i hadnt noticed, after further assesment the peace officer said i smelled like alcohol which is funny because i dont even drink and furthermore when he asked me to take the breathilizer test i tested 0.02% i have no idea how that happened but now i find myself i a predicament which i cant find a way out of because i have no money to pay for an attorney and i am consdiering representing myslef in both the court and DMV hearing.oh and i am currently 20 years of age in the County Of Los Angeles.
sometimes cough medicines and other medications can cause you to blow a small percentage of alcohol. Mouth wash also can.
Explain to the judge that you just used some mouth wash or something along those lines, and your case may be dropped.
