Missing even one or two can seriously affect your budget, because at the end of the month will have less money then originally budgeted. Sure thinking about the costs of surprise which is particularly important if you have kids. Always seems that some unexpected expenses appear around one of the school activities the child, or needing new glasses or braces, or something like that.
